Entered the world of business as a young man in the mid seventies joining my father’s metal manufacturing company in Toronto Canada. Was active in every aspect of the business including sales & Marketing, product design, manufacturing delivery timelines, business management, employee & customer relations and business strategy. Moved to the US in 1982. Received my real estate license in ’85 and entered residential sales. Later became a partner in a real estate development project focusing on developing single family homes in Garrett County MD.
